1. About CleverMart

CleverMart provides software-assisted information about eBay listings, including estimated resale prices, possible sale-price ranges and sale probabilities. Contact us at support@clevermart.co.uk.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid subscription.

3. Predictions and listing information

CleverMart predictions are estimates, not guarantees. Actual purchase prices, resale prices, fees, delivery costs, taxes, demand and the likelihood or timing of a sale can differ substantially.

You are responsible for inspecting listings and making your own purchasing and selling decisions. CleverMart does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

4. Premium subscriptions and payment

• The price, billing interval, included features and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout.
• Unless stated otherwise, Premium renews automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. CleverMart does not store your full card number.
• You authorise recurring charges using the payment method selected at checkout.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel renewal through the billing controls in your account. Unless checkout or the Stripe Customer Portal states otherwise, Premium remains available until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation does not remove statutory consumer rights.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse CleverMart, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, evade usage limits, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in breach of applicable law, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

7. Third-party services

eBay and Stripe are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. CleverMart is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay. We are not responsible for the content, availability or conduct of third-party services.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, change or discontinue features and may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, CleverMart is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on a prediction, changes in a listing or marketplace, or decisions made using the service.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where you live.
